Mohamed Hadid

Mohamed Hadid (born October 1, 1948) is a Jordanian-American real estate developer and philanthropist who has become one of the most prominent figures in luxury residential development across North America. Born in Nazareth, Hadid immigrated to the United States and built a substantial real estate empire, developing numerous high-rise residential towers, penthouses, and commercial properties in Los Angeles, New York, and other major cities. His architectural vision is known for combining modern design with luxury finishes, creating some of the most expensive residential properties in America. Beyond his business achievements, Hadid gained wider public recognition as the father of supermodels Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, who became global fashion icons in their own right. He is also the father of Anwar Hadid, a model and social media personality.
