Natalie Coughlin

Natalie Coughlin (born August 23, 1982) is a retired American competitive swimmer who is widely regarded as one of the greatest swimmers in Olympic history. Born in Vallejo, California, Coughlin developed her swimming talent at an early age and went on to become an elite competitive swimmer at the University of California, Berkeley. She made her Olympic debut at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where she won five medals, including two gold medals, establishing herself as a major force in international swimming competition.
