Lynn Swann (born March 7, 1952) is a retired professional football player and politician who became one of the NFL's most electrifying and graceful wide receivers. Born in San Francisco, Swann played college football at USC, where his exceptional athleticism and receiving skills caught the attention of NFL scouts. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1974 and became a key component of the team's dynasty, winning four Super Bowl championships (1974, 1975, 1978, 1979).
