Jeff Bagwell

Jeffrey Robert Bagwell (born May 27, 1968) is an American former professional baseball player and Hall of Fame inductee who became a defining figure in Houston Astros history. Playing primarily as a right fielder and first baseman from 1991 to 2005, Bagwell established himself as one of baseball's premier power hitters, accumulating 449 career home runs and maintaining a .297 batting average. His 1994 season was exceptional, earning him the National League MVP award despite the strike-shortened season.
