Westley Snipes

Wesley Trent Snipes (born July 31, 1962) is an American actor, film producer, and martial artist who became a major action film star in the 1990s and 2000s. Best known for his iconic role as the vampire hunter Blade in the popular film trilogy (1998-2004), Snipes brought intensity and credibility to the superhero action genre during its formative years. He trained extensively in martial arts, including capoeira and kung fu, which enhanced his ability to perform complex action sequences. Beyond action films, Snipes has demonstrated dramatic range in films like "Jungle Fever" (1991) and "Passenger 57" (1992). He founded his own production company and has worked behind the camera as a director and producer.
