Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Trace comes from a family with strong entertainment roots, being the adopted son of country music legend Billy Ray Cyrus and step-sibling to pop star Miley Cyrus. Metro Station gained significant popularity in the late 2000s with hits like 'Shake It' and 'Seventeen Forever,' which showcased the band's blend of electronic music and rock influences.
