Sebastian Stan

Sebastian Stan (born August 13, 1982) is a Romanian-American actor who rose to international prominence through his role as James Buchanan 'Bucky' Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Born in Constanța, Romania, Stan immigrated to Vienna and later to the United States as a teenager, pursuing acting training at the Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts. Before his MCU breakthrough, he appeared in various television shows and films, including roles in Black Swan and Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011.
