Rohan Gavaskar

Rohan Gavaskar (born July 31, 1969) is an Indian cricketer who played for the Indian national team during the 1980s and 1990s. Born into cricket royalty as the son of Sunil Gavaskar, one of cricket's greatest batsmen, Rohan had considerable pressure and expectations following in his father's footsteps. He represented India in both Test and One Day International cricket, contributing to the team during a formative period in Indian cricket history. While his career was shorter and less decorated than his father's legendary tenure, Rohan carved out a respectable place in Indian cricket.
