Rhys Ifans

Rhys Ifans (born July 22, 1966) is a Welsh actor, musician, and screenwriter who has built an impressive and diverse career spanning three decades. Born in Haverfordwest, Wales, Ifans initially gained recognition through British television before transitioning to international film.
