Nastassia Kinski (born January 24, 1961) is a German-British actress who rose to prominence in the 1980s as one of Europe's most glamorous film stars. Born Nastassja Aglaia Kinski in Stuttgart, Germany, she is the daughter of renowned actor Klaus Kinski. She studied acting in Berlin and made her film debut in German cinema before moving to international productions. Kinski gained worldwide recognition for her role in Roman Polanski's 'Tess' (1979), which earned her critical acclaim and international attention.
