Merril Hoge (born January 26, 1965) is an American former professional football player and sports broadcaster who enjoyed a successful career spanning both athletics and media. He played running back in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers (1987-1993) and Chicago Bears (1994-1997), earning Pro Bowl selections and establishing himself as a reliable, hardworking player in the NFL.
