Lucie Delarue-Mardrus

Lucie Delarue-Mardrus (1874–1945) was a French author, poet, sculptor, and painter who achieved considerable acclaim in early 20th-century French literary circles. Born in Cherbourg, she was a prolific writer who published over sixty books, including novels, poetry, and short story collections that explored themes of love, identity, and social commentary. Her work spanned multiple genres and she was known for her lyrical prose style and psychological insight.
