Jared Kushner

Jared Corey Kushner (born January 10, 1981) is an American businessman, investor, and former government official who served as Senior Advisor to President Donald Trump. Born in Livingston, New Jersey, to a prominent New Jersey real estate family, Kushner was educated at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He took leadership of the Kushner Companies real estate business in his twenties, overseeing major development projects in New York and other markets. Kushner gained national prominence when he married Ivanka Trump in 2009, becoming integrated into the Trump family business and later political orbit. Following Trump's 2016 presidential election, Kushner was appointed Senior Advisor, an unusual role for someone without prior government experience.
