Gema Arterton (born August 2, 1986) is a British actress and producer who has become one of the UK's most accomplished performers in film and television. Born in Gravesend, Kent, she studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London before making her professional debut. Arterton gained international recognition for her role as Strawberry Fields in the James Bond film 'Quantum of Solace' (2008), and further expanded her film career with roles in 'Clash of the Titans' (2010), 'Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time' (2010), and 'The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby' (2014). Beyond cinema, she has demonstrated remarkable range in television, starring in the BBC's 'Broadchurch' and the HBO series 'Vita and Virginia.'
