Thinking about the name
Garold
Germanic origin
“A Germanic name combining 'gar' (spear) with 'wald' (rule), Garold means 'ruler with a spear' and reflects the warrior nobility of Old Germanic traditions. This name evokes both medieval strength and vintage Americana, suiting parents drawn to historical, authoritative names. It has largely fallen out of use, making it an interesting choice for parents seeking historical authenticity.”
