Frederick John Perry (May 18, 1909 – February 2, 1995) was a British tennis champion and sportswear entrepreneur who was one of the greatest tennis players of the 1930s. Born in Stockport, England, Perry rose through the amateur ranks to become a dominant force in international tennis, winning three Grand Slam titles between 1934 and 1936. He was also a four-time Grand Slam finalist and won numerous other prestigious tournaments, representing Great Britain in Davis Cup competition. Perry's aggressive playing style, powerful serve, and competitive spirit made him one of the most exciting players of his era.
