François Hollande

François Gérard Georges Hollande (born August 12, 1954) served as President of France from 2012 to 2017, inheriting leadership during the European debt crisis and presiding over France during turbulent times. A Socialist Party member educated at ENA, France's most prestigious administrative school, Hollande initially held the position of Mayor of Tulle before ascending to national politics.
