Dusty Finley Rhodes Jr. (October 11, 1945 – June 11, 2015) was an American professional wrestler widely considered one of the greatest performers in wrestling history. Born in Austin, Texas, Rhodes began his wrestling career in the 1960s and rose to prominence in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) before becoming a major star in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and later WWE. Known as 'The American Dream,' Rhodes was famous for his charismatic promos, innovative wrestling style, and signature moves including the 'Bionic Elbow.' He won multiple world championships, including three WCW World Heavyweight Championships, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007.
