Dallas Green

Dallas Green (born September 29, 1983) is a Canadian musician, songwriter, and record producer from St. Catharines, Ontario. He is best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the post-hardcore band Alexisonfire, formed in 2001, which became one of Canada's most successful rock acts of the 2000s. Beyond his work with Alexisonfire, Green launched the acoustic solo project City and Colour in 2005, which showcases his sensitive songwriting and folk-influenced style, earning him critical acclaim and a devoted international fanbase. His solo work has yielded numerous platinum certifications and chart-topping albums in Canada.
