Avery Johnson

Avery William Johnson Jr. (born March 25, 1965) is an American basketball player and coach who earned the nickname 'The Little General' for his exceptional leadership and clutch play as an NBA point guard. Johnson played for multiple teams including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, and Houston Rockets, but found his greatest success with the Spurs in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
