Anahí

Anahí Puente Portolano (born May 14, 1983) is a Mexican singer, actress, and television personality who rose to international prominence as a founding member of RBD, one of the most successful Latin pop groups of the 2000s. Initially discovered on the Mexican television show "Código Postal," Anahí joined RBD in 2004, which was formed around the cast of the Mexican telenovela "Rebelde." The group became a global phenomenon, particularly in Latin America, Spain, and among Spanish-speaking communities worldwide, with their energetic pop-rock sound and teen-oriented image. RBD's albums sold millions of copies, and they achieved sold-out world tours. Beyond her work with RBD, Anahí has had a successful solo career, releasing multiple albums and continuing acting roles in television and film. She has also ventured into business and humanitarian work, establishing herself as a multi-faceted entertainer and cultural icon of her generation. RBD reunited for special tours in the 2020s, introducing their music to new generations.
